Vasuki Sound present a wonderful eclectic electronic EP by producer / DJ Michael Diamond. The Placid Wakefulness EP is a result of Michael's work as a doctor and his academic research into how music can help aid peoples recovery. Across the four tracks we find the artist unpacking a range of sonic ideas based on this theme, from ambient calm to club-adjacent rhythms and heavier electronic excursions. Well recommended.
