This one's quite hard to describe but here goes; 'Cidade Grande' is an off beat low-fi Ambient-Midi jazz gem that should go down well with Balearic heads by Rio's Guerrinha aka Gabriel Guerra. An enchanting & unique trip, highly recommended!!!
